Job summary

Accor is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor at Peppers Soul Surfers Paradise on the Gold Coast. Lead the front-of-house team, drive service excellence, and ensure memorable dining experiences for guests in a premium beachfront setting.

Focus on coaching staff, managing service flow, and maintaining high standards. RSA certification required, with weekend and holiday availability, and access to Accor’s global training and loyalty programs.

Purpose

As the Restaurant Supervisor, you are at the forefront of creating a variety of dining experiences that showcase exceptional taste and service. Your main goal is to guide a unified team, guaranteeing the flawless execution of food and beverage operations while maintaining the establishment's high standards of quality and guest satisfaction.

Skills and Experience

• Demonstrated genuine passion and enthusiasm for the hospitably and food sector
• Prior history of guiding and empowering teams with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Familiar and well-versed across diverse food & beverage settings and have flexibility to work across different schedules including weekends and public holidays as required
• Possession of a valid RSA or an equivalent qualification for the specific Country / State / Territory
• Passion for engaging with patrons and leading a team of diverse professionals
