Peppers Salt Resort and Spa Kingscliff in New South Wales is seeking a Food & Beverage All Rounder to warmly welcome guests and guide them through our culinary offerings, showcasing expertise in service and hospitality.

You will upsell thoughtfully, support events, and collaborate with a diverse team to create memorable dining experiences across outlets and venues at Peppers Salt Resort and Spa.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in customer service within the hospitality sector.
• Proficiency in food & beverage protocols, including table service, beverage expertise, event service and coffee crafting skills.
• Adaptable within diverse food & beverage settings with weekend/public holiday flexibility.
• Possession of a valid RSA or equivalent qualification for the country/state/territory.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming atmosphere and turn moments into memories for guests.
• Demonstrate problem-solving with positive attitude when challenges arise.

Peppers Salt Resort & Spa Kingscliff is conveniently located just 15 minutes’ drive south of the Gold Coast Airport and is home to some of Australia’s finest beaches and World Heritage listed National Parks. Skills & Experience

• Proven track record in customer service within the hospitality sector
• Proficiency in food & beverage protocols, encompassing table service, beverage expertise, event service and coffee crafting skills (strongly valued)
• Adaptable within diverse food & beverage settings, with flexibility across different schedules including weekends and public holidays as required
• Possession of a valid RSA or an equivalent qualification for the specific Country / State / Territory
