A current RSA is essential, you will collaborate with kitchen and other departments, maintain standards, and support the Head of Department in training and development.

Responsibilities

• Lead passionate, knowledgeable, and friendly service to guests across a busy outlet.
• Oversee roster planning, stock, and budgeting to ensure smooth operations.
• Conduct pre- and post-service briefings and mentor team members.
• Coordinate with Head of Department on training plans and performance development.
• Maintain open communication with kitchen and other departments for seamless service.
• Prepare and review operational reports daily to forecast needs and opportunities.
