Frontline Hospitality Queensland in Brisbane and South East Queensland is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations, drive guest experiences and manage high-volume venues across diverse formats.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role.
• Background in high-volume hospitality environments.

THE ROLE'S

We are seeking motivated, commercially minded Restaurant Managers who can take ownership of daily operations, lead teams and deliver outstanding customer experiences. Depending on the venue, you could be overseeing premium restaurant service, managing a busy pub or club operation, driving performance within a casual dining environment or leading a fast-paced QSR team. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, maintaining service standards, developing your team and driving financial performance. These are hands‑on leadership opportunities for hospitality professionals who enjoy being on the floor, leading by example and creating a positive culture where both customers and employees have a great experience.

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

To be successful in these opportunities, you will have:

• Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager, Venue Manager or Assistant Manager ready to take the next step.
• Background in fine dining, casual dining, pubs, clubs, QSR or other high-volume hospitality environments.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to recruit, train, motivate and develop a team.
• Excellent customer service skills and a genuine passion for delivering memorable guest experiences.
• Experience managing rosters, labour costs, stock control, budgets and operational expenses.
• Strong commercial awareness, with the ability to drive sales, improve profitability and achieve business targets.
• Sound knowledge of food safety, workplace health and safety and operational compliance.
• Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
• A hands‑on management style, leading from the front and supporting your team during busy services.
• Flexibility to work across a hospitality roster, including evenings, weekends and public holidays where required.
