Job summary

Hunter Street Hospitality is hiring Restaurant Managers for key sites in Brisbane and Coomera, including Winghaus, El Camino and The Bavarian. You will lead a team in fast-paced venues, drive service excellence and manage F&B operations while developing your leadership skills through our academy and structured development programs.

This role requires a valid RSA, AUS working rights, flexible hours including weekends, and a track record of improving food and labour costs.

Qualifications

• Valid RSA required.
• Previous management in a fast‑paced, F&B venue.
• Australian working rights.
• Able to lead a team with confidence and professionalism.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and late nights.
• Strong computer skills with POS software and MS Office.
• Track record of controlling and improving food and labour costs.
• Front of House expertise delivering exceptional service.
• Experience opening a new venue is a plus.

What We Are Looking For

**Valid RSA required**

• Previous experience in a management role in a fast-paced, food and beverage-driven venue ;
• AUS Working Rights ;
• Have the confidence and professionalism to lead a team;
• Strong work ethic with a hands-on approach ;
• Prepared to work flexible hours, including weekends and late nights ;
• Strong computer acumen, including the ability to use Microsoft Office and POS software ;
• A proven track record of controlling and improving results, such as food and labour costs ;
• A Front of House expert who can deliver exceptional service and take our guests through a casual and fun culinary journey; immaculate grooming and personal presentation;
• Exposure to opening a new venue will be viewed positively.
