Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have RMLV (Responsible Management of Licensed Venues).
• Approved Manager’s License required.
• Gaming Nomination & License holder preferred.
• QLD RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol).
• QLD RSG (Responsible Service of Gambling).
• Food Safety Supervisor certification required.

About the Role

As Venue Manager, you'll be at the heart of creating an exceptional customer experience and a thriving team culture. Leading from the front, you'll inspire and support your team to deliver outstanding service, drive performance, and build a strong sense of community.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience as a Venue Manager or in a senior leadership role within the hospitality industry.

Strong financial acumen and experience in budgeting and forecasting.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to lead by example and inspire your team to deliver excellence.

Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively manage a team and make timely decisions

A proactive, hands-on approach with a passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service

Proficient in using various hospitality management software and point-of-sale systems

A thorough understanding of health, safety, and licensing regulations applicable to the hospitality industry
