seek.com.au on the Gold Coast is seeking an experienced Venue Manager to lead our Senior Management team across multiple venues. You will drive service excellence, manage rosters, train staff, and uphold SOPs in a fast-paced hospitality group.

You are a proven leader with senior experience, ready to deliver above-market salary packages and participate in a substantial weekly bonus structure, with opportunities across Gold Coast and Brisbane venues.

• Solid operational knowledge in hospitality.
• Confident in shift reporting and rostering.
• Great presentation and real presence.
• Happy to train and develop staff.
• Positive, enthusiastic, and a true leader.
• Senior team member with leadership experience.
