What we are looking for:

**Valid RSA required**

• Previous experience in a management role in a fast-paced, food and beverage-driven venue ;


• AUS Working Rights ;


• Have the confidence and professionalism to lead a team;


• Strong work ethic with a hands‑on approach ;


• Prepared to work flexible hours, including weekends and late nights ;


• Strong computer acumen, including the ability to use Microsoft Office and POS software ;


• A proven track record of controlling and improving results, such as food and labour costs ;


• A Front of House expert who can deliver exceptional service and take our guests through a casual and fun culinary journey; immaculate grooming and personal presentation;


• Exposure to opening a new venue will be viewed positively.
