Frontline Hospitality Queensland in Brisbane and South East Queensland is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations, drive guest experiences and manage high-volume venues across diverse formats.

This hands-on leadership role requires strong team development, rostering, budgets, and compliance knowledge, with opportunities for career growth within multi-site operations and supportive management teams.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role.
• Background in high-volume hospitality environments.
• Strong leadership to recruit, train and develop teams.
• Excellent customer service and guest experience focus.
• Experience managing rosters, labour costs, stock, and expenses.
• Strong commercial awareness to drive sales and profitability.
• Knowledge of food safety and WHS compliance.
• Effective communication and organisation.
• Hands-on management style leading from the front.
• Flexible to work across a hospitality roster including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
