Indian Rasoi Albury in Albury, NSW is seeking a motivated Full Time Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations and maintain high standards of service and guest satisfaction.

You will recruit, train and roster staff, work closely with the kitchen team, manage purchasing and costs, and ensure food safety and WHS compliance in a bustling dining environment. Experience in hospitality management and a passion for hospitality are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent in hospitality management or related field.
• Minimum 1 year full-time or part-time equivalent in restaurant management.
• Strong leadership and staff management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service.
• Knowledge of food safety and WHS practices.
• Able to work under pressure in a busy restaurant.

Responsabilités

• Plan, organise and oversee daily restaurant operations.
• Recruit, train, supervise and roster staff.
• Maintain high customer service standards and handle enquiries/complaints.
• Coordinate with kitchen to plan menus and service.
• Manage purchasing, stock, and supplier relationships.
• Monitor revenue, expenditure and budgets.
• Oversee reservations and events.
• Ensure food safety and WHS compliance.
• Cash handling and daily reconciliation.
• Maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
