Job summary

RAFI, North Sydney by Applejack Hospitality is seeking a Restaurant Manager to join our family. You will lead all day-to-day operations of the venue and its team, ensuring exceptional guest service and smooth service across shifts.

Reporting to the directors, you will be the main contact for clients and guests, drive KPI targets, staff development, and maintain the venue's standards for food, beverage, and guest experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience managing in a busy restaurant.
• Passionate and knowledgeable about wines and food.
• Strong customer service skills; outgoing and energetic.
• Ability to lead a small team and maintain KPI targets.
• Ability to work under pressure and motivate staff.
• Flexible with rosters and schedules.
