Job summary

Indian Rasoi Albury is seeking a dedicated Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, lead a hospitality team, and ensure top-quality dining experiences in Albury. You will work closely with kitchen staff, manage inventory, and drive service excellence.

Candidates should have a Diploma in Hospitality Management or equivalent experience, plus at least 1 year in a supervisory role. Evening and weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Hospitality Management or substantial related experience.
• Minimum 1 year of full-time or equivalent in restaurant management.
• Strong leadership, communication and cost-control abilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organise and oversee daily restaurant operations.
• Recruit, train, supervise and roster staff for efficient service.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and resolve enquiries.
• Coordinate with kitchen to plan menus and food preparation.
• Manage purchasing, stock levels and supplier relationships.
• Monitor revenue, expenditure and operating budgets.
• Oversee reservations, dining room arrangements and events.
• Ensure food safety, hygiene and WHS compliance.
• Supervise payment processing, cash handling and reconciliation.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming restaurant environment.
