Job summary

The Beach House in Eden Beach, Jindalee is seeking a passionate Restaurant Manager to join our leadership team and drive our front-of-house operation with a busy service mindset. You will oversee a FOH team of 20+ and help deliver exceptional guest experiences against our coastal backdrop.

Reporting to the Venue Manager, this role is about leading by example, maintaining stock integrity, and coordinating events at The Cubby House downstairs, while keeping service standards high across lunch and

Qualifications

• Experience leading a FOH team of 20+ employees.
• Strong verbal and digital communication skills.
• Knowledge of rostering systems and ability to meet wage targets.
• Experience with stock and inventory management.
• Beer, wine and cocktail knowledge.
• Current WA RSA and Approved Manager’s Certification.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and public holidays.
• Reliable mode of transport to access Eden Beach venue.

The Beach House is looking for a passionate Restaurant Manager to join our leadership team and help drive the front-of-house operation at our beautiful coastal venue in Eden Beach, Jindalee.

Reporting to the Venue Manager, the Restuarant Manager will oversee:

• Staff training and development


• Shift management, driving exceptional service


• Stock and inventory management


• End of day reporting processes, and more
