Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar leadership role in a quality venue.
• Formal qualifications in hospitality or business (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of food, wine, and beverage service
• Excellent communication, leadership, and decision‑making skills
• Sound understanding of RSA legislation and compliance
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and public holidays
