IHG Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Food & Beverage Duty Manager for the Holiday Inn Sydney Potts Point. You will lead and coach the F&B team, ensuring outstanding guest experiences, upholding brand standards and driving revenue opportunities.

Must have full working rights in Australia, 2+ years in senior F&B/restaurant roles, excellent guest service, and a NSW RSA competency card. Evening/weekend shifts and a strong team culture are expected.

Formación

• 2+ years in a Food & Beverage/Restaurant & Bars senior role, hotel/hospitality preferred.
• Exceptional customer service and guest interaction skills.
• Proven ability to lead, coach and inspire a team in a positive workplace culture.
• Strong time management to balance multiple tasks and deliver results.
