West HQ in Sydney, Australia is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Team Leader to join our growing hospitality team. You will lead and train a dedicated crew across outlets, ensuring exceptional guest service while monitoring daily operations and controlling wage costs and profitability.

The role requires hands-on leadership, a passion for hospitality, and a keen eye for detail. You must be able to work a rotating roster including weekdays and weekends in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team

• Available to work weekdays and weekends on rotating roster
• Knowledgeable with POS systems
• Excited to supervise, train and mentor future hospitality stars
• Well presented with strong attention to detail
• Experience maintaining stock levels and handling stock orders and stocktaking
