Accor is seeking enthusiastic Restaurant or Café Managers for multiple locations across Australia outside Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. You will lead daily outlet operations, greet guests, manage reservations, train staff, and ensure service standards and financial controls are maintained.

Candidates should have a strong hospitality background, stakeholder skills, and be flexible to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Strong communicator with well-developed stakeholder management.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities and act with urgency, whilst remaining calm under pressure.
• The possession of a valid RSA.
• 5-star hotel background as a Supervisor/Manager in a food service field.
• Exceptionally organized with ability to prioritise to meet timelines and budgets.
• Ability to remain calm when under pressure.
• Ability to work a flexible roster including mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Responsabilités

• Greet guests and escort them to tables.
• Schedule dining reservations and manage daily log book.
• Train and monitor Food & Beverage attendants and ensure service standards.
• Record and verify Team Member time records.
• Manage daily operation of the outlet and supervise staff.
• Maintain outlet POS operations and cash handling procedures.
• Conduct daily briefings and participate in relevant meetings.
• Monitor manpower, payroll, costs, and profitability.
