Accor is seeking passionate Restaurant or Café Managers for roles across Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. You will lead daily outlet operations, greet guests, oversee reservations, supervise Food and Beverage Attendants, and ensure service standards are met.

The ideal candidate has RSA, a background in 5-star hotel supervision, excellent communication, strong organisational skills, and the ability to manage multi-priority tasks and a flexible roster including weekends.

Competenze

• RSA certification required.
• 5-star hotel background as Supervisor/Manager in food service preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with stakeholders.
• Highly organised with ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to work mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Mansioni

• Greet guests and escort to tables and manage seating.
• Schedule dining reservations and supervise service standards.
• Train and monitor Food & Beverage attendants; ensure accuracy in records and till balances.
• Oversee opening/closing procedures and maintain outlet standards.
• Maintain stock levels and conduct daily briefings and logs.
• Monitor payroll costs and maximise profitability.
