Warrigal is seeking an experienced Administration collaborator to help ensure optimal staffing coverage across our 24/7 aged care services in the Illawarra region. You will coordinate staff absence coverage, manage roster adjustments and respond proactively to changing workforce needs, working closely with internal teams.
The role is part-time (minimum 12 hours per week) with an hourly rate of $29.49 plus super and penalty rates for afternoons and weekends.
