Based in our Central Office of Oak Flats, we're looking for a collaborative and solution-focused continuous improvement professional who can identify opportunities to enhance resident, customer, and employee experiences. You'll work closely with operational leaders and frontline teams to drive improvement initiatives that strengthen service quality, operational effectiveness, and consistency, while ensuring sustainable outcomes are embedded into everyday practice.

You'll build strong stakeholder relationships and use your influencing skills to support change, overcome barriers, and drive engagement across the organisation. Drawing on your experience in process improvement, you'll facilitate reviews, streamline workflows, develop practical improvement plans, and help implement best-practice approaches that deliver measurable results.

Using data and insights, you'll monitor performance, evaluate the impact of initiatives, and communicate outcomes through clear reporting and recommendations. You'll also support improvement projects from planning through to implementation, helping to scale successful initiatives and foster a culture of learning, innovation, and continuous improvement.

The requirements | What it takes to do this work

• Demonstrated experience in continuous improvement, operational excellence, service improvement, project delivery, or organisational development.
• Ability to analyse information, identify improvement opportunities, and translate ideas into practical solutions.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
• Hold a current NSW Drivers licence with the willingness to travel within our regions
