Job summary

Warrigal, based in the Central Office at Oak Flats, seeks a collaborative continuous improvement professional to identify opportunities that enhance resident, customer and employee experiences. You’ll work with operational leaders to drive initiatives that improve service quality, efficiency and sustainability.

You will build strong stakeholder relationships, facilitate reviews, and translate ideas into practical plans; monitor outcomes and report recommendations.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in continuous improvement and operational excellence.
  • Ability to analyse information, identify improvement opportunities and translate ideas into practical solutions.
  • Excellent communication, influencing and relationship-building skills.
  • Hold a current NSW Driver’s license with willingness to travel within our regions.

Responsibilities

  • Identify opportunities to enhance resident, customer and employee experiences through improvement initiatives.
  • Facilitate reviews, streamline workflows and develop practical improvement plans.
  • Monitor performance, evaluate impact and report outcomes to drive measurable results.
  • Support improvement projects from planning through to implementation and scale successful initiatives.

Based in our Central Office of Oak Flats, we're looking for acollaborative and solution-focused continuous improvementprofessional who can identify opportunities to enhance resident,customer, and employee experiences. You'll work closely withoperational leaders and frontline teams to drive improvementinitiatives that strengthen service quality, operationaleffectiveness, and consistency, while ensuring sustainable outcomesare embedded into everyday practice.

You'll build strong stakeholder relationships and use yourinfluencing skills to support change, overcome barriers, and driveengagement across the organisation. Drawing on your experience inprocess improvement, you'll facilitate reviews, streamlineworkflows, develop practical improvement plans, and help implementbest-practice approaches that deliver measurable results.

Using data and insights, you'll monitor performance, evaluatethe impact of initiatives, and communicate outcomes through clearreporting and recommendations. You'll also support improvementprojects from planning through to implementation, helping to scalesuccessful initiatives and foster a culture of learning,innovation, and continuous improvement.
