Job summary

Warrigal Care in the Southern Highlands/Bundanoon region is seeking care staff to support older residents with daily living activities, meals, mobility and social engagement. You will follow personalised care plans to help residents maintain dignity and independence in a welcoming community.

We offer an hourly rate of $32.61–$36.23 plus superannuation, onboarding, training and Wellness programs to support your professional growth and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• 12 months+ experience delivering exceptional customer service within the Aged Care industry
• Empathy for older people and commitment to meeting their needs
• Strong interpersonal communication skills

The requirements | What it takes to do thiswork

No matter your role, it takes a real love of caring, awillingness to jump in and do the work, and a genuine desire tomake a difference. As a carer, you’ll also need:

• A Certificate III in Aged Care/Individual Support
• An empathy for older people and commitment to meeting theirneeds
• 12 months+ experience delivering exceptional customerservice within the Aged Care industry
• Strong interpersonal and communication skill
