Job summary

Warrigal Stirling in Australia seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to lead clinical care with high standards and compassion. You will support residents and guide the care team, drawing on strong clinical knowledge and leadership.

This full-time role offers an hourly rate between $49.30 and $62.56, with penalty rates for nights and weekends, plus a nine-month maximum term and a comprehensive onboarding program with clinical educators.

Qualifications

• A current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse is required.
• Demonstrated clinical leadership and knowledge, ideally in aged care.
• Two years of experience as a Registered Nurse is preferred.
• Availability to work day and afternoon shifts per roster.
• Knowledge of legislation affecting aged care services.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical care standards with compassion and expertise.
• Support and mentor team members to ensure quality resident care.
