As a Clinical Governance Advisor, you will play a key role in strengthening clinical governance across Warrigal by working alongside leaders and care teams to turn clinical insights, evidence and lived experience into practical improvements that enhance care quality, safety and outcomes.

Working across residential aged care homes and home care services, you will provide governance expertise and support in the areas of risk management, audit and assurance activities, incident and complaint review, policy development and continuous improvement. You will help services identify trends, understand risks and implement meaningful actions that improve outcomes for residents and clients.

You will facilitate and contribute to governance discussions, support risk-based audits and reviews, assist with clinical policy development, and provide constructive challenge and guidance while respecting the autonomy and accountability of operational leaders. This role combines strategic thinking with practical engagement, allowing you to work closely with local teams while contributing to organisation-wide quality and clinical governance initiatives.
