Job summary

Enterprise IT Resources Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Resource Manager in Sydney to oversee resource planning for a large enterprise program. You will collaborate with senior stakeholders to ensure teams have the capacity and capability to deliver key outcomes, coordinating across multiple projects with a focus on accuracy and timely reporting.

• Maintain accurate resource plans and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Support the Enterprise PMO in driving consistent resource management processes, governance, and reporting.
• Identify potential resourcing risks and collaborate with stakeholders to implement timely solutions.
