Job summary

Enterprise IT Resources Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Resource Manager in Sydney to oversee resource planning for a large enterprise program. You will collaborate with senior stakeholders to ensure teams have the capacity and capability to deliver key outcomes, coordinating across multiple projects with a focus on accuracy and timely reporting.

This role offers a competitive daily rate and exposure to a major transformation program, with significant stakeholder interaction in a dynamic PMO

Qualifications

Experience in resource management within large-scale programs.
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

Coordinate resource planning and allocation across a large, enterprise-wide program of work.
Partner with program and project stakeholders to understand current and future resourcing requirements.
Monitor resource availability, capacity, and utilisation, identifying gaps and risks.
Maintain accurate resource plans and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Support the Enterprise PMO in driving consistent resource management processes, governance, and reporting.
Identify potential resourcing risks and collaborate with stakeholders to implement timely solutions.
