Job summary

Total Resource Solutions seeks an experienced HCM PMO Lead to drive the PMO for a large-scale SAP/HCM transformation, partnering with senior executives to govern, report, plan and assure quality across the program.

Based in Sydney with hybrid work, the role leads PMO services, manages a team including vendors, and prepares executive-level materials for key stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience leading a PMO within a large, multi-year technology transformation program.
• Experience managing teams comprising employees, contractors, and third-party vendors.
• Strong program governance, planning, reporting, risk, and quality management expertise.
• The ability to operate strategically while remaining hands-on.
• Advanced PowerPoint skills with the ability to simplify complex information.
• Strong Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, and Office 365 experience.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and leadership capabilities.
• Experience within Government or a highly regulated environment will be advantageous.

Lead a major Human Capital Management (HCM) transformation program delivering enterprise-wide change.
We are seeking an experienced HCM PMO Lead to drive the Program Management Office function for a large-scale technology-enabled transformation program. This is a high-profile opportunity to work with senior executives and lead governance, reporting, planning, quality assurance, stakeholder engagement, and PMO operations through to

Location: Macquarie Park, NSW ( Hybrid )
Rate: $1,200 - $1,250 + Super per day
Contract: Until 30 June 2027 (possible extension)
Hours: 40 hours per week
