The Lakes Resort Cairns, a premium resort in Cairns North, seeks a Reservations / Holiday Letting Manager to lead front-end guest experiences and oversee the holiday letting pool. You will work with a Trust Portfolio Administrator to ensure booking data accuracy and smooth operations across RMS Cloud.

Ideal candidates bring experience in management or senior reservations roles within hospitality or real estate, with strong leadership, communication, and RMS Cloud familiarity.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current Queensland Real Estate Salesperson Registration Certificate or be willing to obtain it before starting.
• Experience in a management, supervisory, or senior reservations role within resort, hotel, or real estate.
• Proficiency with property management/operations software and OTA reservation handling strategies.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily operations of the holiday letting pool and guest experience.
• Manage check-in/check-out and guest communications for hospitality flow.
• Process direct, corporate, and OTA reservations accurately via RMS Cloud.
• Set and optimize daily rates across channels to maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Create promotional opportunities to drive bookings and occupancy.
