Job summary

Belgravia Group in NSW is seeking a Guest Services Manager for Lakeside Holiday Park, North Narrabeen. You will lead a Guest Services Attendants team, oversee reception, reservations and guest services, and ensure a seamless guest journey with a strong focus on service excellence.

The role reports to the General Manager, requires weekend/holiday availability, and involves coordinating rosters, training and collaboration with housekeeping to maintain high standards across the park.

Qualifications

• Experience with computerised booking systems and good computer skills.
• First Aid Level 2 and CPR certifications.
• National Police Check clearance on onboarding.
• Working with Children Check NSW or equivalent.
• Flexible hours and team leadership abilities.
• Strong customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing Guest Services team.
• Provide hands-on support at reception and guest services during busy periods.
• Oversee day-to-day operation of reception, reservations and guest services.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences while handling enquiries and escalations.
• Coordinate rosters, training and performance to maintain service standards.
