Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Guest Experience Host Team Leader to join our Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria and Western Australia team.

You will lead onsite Guest Experience Hosts, schedule guest updates, generate sales appointments, and build rapport to deliver exceptional experiences for guests at our resort properties. The role requires strong customer service, sales skills, and the ability to work weekends/public holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role within a hotel/resort environment.
• Demonstrates strong customer service values in all activities.
• Knowledge and application of sales techniques.
• Ability to quickly build rapport.
• Sound problem solving and persuasive skills.
• Ability to work effectively with all levels employees and guests.
• Working knowledge of computer software and sales applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead the activities and performance of the Guest Experience Hosts onsite.
• Schedule onsite resident guests to Owner Updates or regular Club presentations, as appropriate, during the guest’s stay at the resort property.
• Generate sales appointments for our sales centers located at our amazing resorts and via livestream.
• Establish commonality and build rapport with your customers to ensure an exceptional experience is delivered.
• Work closely with the resort operations team in order to provide a high level of service and a seamless transition for owners and guests through the check in process.
• Clearly articulate the benefit of traveling within Travel + Leisure Co community.
• Meet targets and KPI's as set by the business.
• This role requires you to be available for weekend and public holiday shifts.
• Display leadership values by ensuring effective communication and respecting your peers and managers.
• Support others within the team and empower each other wherever possible.
