Job summary

G’day Group’s Wilpena Resort seeks an experienced Activities Manager to oversee the tours and activities function at the Wilpena Pound Visitor Centre. You will lead the activities team, coordinate guest transfers, and ensure exceptional guest experiences while meeting safety and financial targets.

You will work closely with Reservations and Front Office to plan departures and group schedules, maintaining high standards and strong stakeholder communication in a resort setting rich with outdoor

Qualifications

• Previous Experience as an Activities Manager or Tour Guide.
• Strong communication and guest service focus.
• Able to plan daily logistics and rostering for tours.
• Driver's license (MR) and SA Driver Accreditation; RSA is essential.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule tours and activities at Wilpena Pound.
• Lead activities team and ensure safety and guest satisfaction.
• Coordinate guest transfers and group bookings with Reservations and Front Office.
• Train tour guides and monitor service standards to exceed expectations.
