G’day Group is seeking an Activities Manager at Wilpena Pound Visitor Centre in South Australia. You will oversee tours, transfers, and activities, while mentoring guides and meeting financial targets in a high-service environment.

You’ll collaborate with Reservations and Front Office to schedule departures, supervise rostering, and ensure safety and compliance. A passion for outdoors and Indigenous culture will help deliver unforgettable guest experiences.

Qualifikationen

• Previous Experience as an Activities Manager and or Tour Guide.
• Commitment to providing a high level of guest experience.
• Passion for outdoors, nature & wildlife, geology, and Indigenous culture and tourism.
• Highly organized in planning daily logistics of arriving guests/outgoing guests and managing the tours schedule and guide roster.
• Experience leading a team including rostering and department financials.
• Ability to effectively delegate work and manage quality outcomes.
• Current Australian Driver's Licence mandatory for this role; MR licence and Drivers Accreditation is required.
• South Australian Drivers Accreditation (large vehicle) required.

Aufgaben

• The Activities Manager is responsible for the resort’s tours and activity function, including guests transfers, tours and activities, education and training of tour guides and meeting financial targets and operational standards.
• Plan and coordinate tour departures with Reservations and Front Office to ensure smooth guest experiences.
• Lead the activities team to exceed guest expectations and deliver memorable experiences at Wilpena Pound.
• Coordinate with resort departments and external group tour managers to maintain high service standards.
