KIN Property is seeking a dedicated Project Manager to coordinate settlement and defect management projects within Melbourne. You will act as the main contact for clients, purchasers, developers and stakeholders, overseeing inspections and site activities to ensure smooth settlements.

The role requires strong organisational, communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate assigned settlement and defect management projects.
• Act as a key point of contact for clients, purchasers, developers, and stakeholders.
• Conduct pre-settlement, valuation, defect, and onsite inspections.
• Coordinate project schedules, inspections, resources, and site activities.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, databases, and project plans.
• Support purchasers throughout the settlement process and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Assist with project reporting, invoicing, and administrative requirements.
• Support and mentor Assistant Project Managers and casual team members.
• Attend site meetings, inspections, handovers, and stakeholder meetings as required.
