Job summary

Infinity Group Australia is seeking a Settlements Coordinator – Property Developments to keep developments on track. You will own the settlement pipeline from ~90 days out to completion, coordinating brokers, conveyancers, solicitors and internal finance teams to prevent delays and ensure accurate, on‑time settlements.

You’ll apply end‑to‑end mortgage knowledge, challenge timelines, and escalate risks proactively while maintaining clear communication with all parties involved.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years’ experience in settlements, conveyancing, broker support or finance coordination.
• Strong understanding of the mortgage lending process from approval through to settlement.
• Ability to challenge delays and ensure timely settlement milestones.
• Clear, professional communication with external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Act as central liaison between brokers, conveyancers, solicitors, developers and internal teams.
• Monitor settlement pipelines and critical dates across multiple developments.
• Review contracts and reports to identify risks early.
• Ensure finance files are prepared, progressed and lodged correctly.
• Provide clear settlement status updates to external stakeholders.
