Dial Up Plumbing in Sydney is seeking an experienced Field Operations Coordinator for Residential Maintenance Plumbing. This role moves you off the tools into leadership, coordinating daily operations, dispatch and support for our technicians from the Kingsgrove office.

You will supervise, mentor apprentices, assist with quotes, manage job prep and stock, and ensure excellent customer service. A strong plumbing background and ServiceM8 knowledge are essential for success in this office-based

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' hands-on residential maintenance plumbing experience.
• Experience supervising, coordinating or mentoring plumbers and apprentices.
• Comfort with quoting, customer service and sales support.
• Plumbing trade qualification and driver's licence; good computer skills.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate daily job scheduling, dispatch and technician workflow.
• Provide technical guidance to plumbers and apprentices.
• Assist with quotations, estimates, enquiries and follow-ups.
• Coordinate materials, equipment and stock requirements.
• Maintain communication between customers, technicians and office staff.
