Job summary

Dial Up Plumbing in Sydney is seeking an experienced Field Operations Coordinator for Residential Maintenance Plumbing. This role moves you off the tools into leadership, coordinating daily operations, dispatch and support for our technicians from the Kingsgrove office.

You will supervise, mentor apprentices, assist with quotes, manage job prep and stock, and ensure excellent customer service. A strong plumbing background and ServiceM8 knowledge are essential for success in this office-based

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' hands-on residential maintenance plumbing experience.
• Experience supervising, coordinating or mentoring plumbers and apprentices.
• Comfort with quoting, customer service and sales support.
• Plumbing trade qualification and driver's licence; good computer skills.

Responsibilities

About You – What We're Looking For

We're looking for an organised, motivated plumbing professional with strong technical knowledge and the confidence to support and coordinate a team.

• Minimum 5 years' hands-on residential maintenance plumbing experience.
• Strong technical knowledge, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience supervising, coordinating or mentoring plumbers and apprentices.
• Confidence with quoting, customer service and sales support.
• Excellent communication, organisational and time-management skills.
• Plumbing trade qualification, current driver's licence and good computer skills.

Experience with ServiceM8 and previous plumbing leadership or business ownership will be highly regarded.

Residential maintenance plumbing experience is essential. This is not an entry-level position.

About the Role – Key Responsibilities

Based at our Kingsgrove office, you'll work closely with our plumbers, office staff and management team to coordinate daily operations.

• Coordinate daily job scheduling, dispatch and technician workflow.

• Assist with quotations, estimates, customer enquiries and follow-ups.
• Coordinate job preparation, materials, equipment and stock requirements.
