Benco Bathrooms on the Gold Coast is seeking an experienced Construction Project Coordinator to own day-to-day scheduling, trade coordination and project-management systems across active renovations. You will manage the live schedule for multiple projects and ensure teams have the right information at the right time.

You will work with two supervisors and use TeamGantt and other construction software to streamline sequencing, client updates and variations, with room to grow into Construction

Qualifikationen

• Strong experience in residential construction or renovations.
• Excellent scheduling and forward-planning skills.
• Ability to allocate trades and manage multiple projects.
• Knowledge of construction sequencing.
• Hands-on experience with project-management software.
• Strong communication with clients, trades and supervisors.

Aufgaben

• Manage the live construction schedule across multiple active projects.
• Coordinate supervisors, trades and subcontractors.
• Allocate the right people based on skills and availability.
• Maintain project progress through each construction stage.
• Identify delays or scheduling clashes early and adjust schedules.
• Ensure trades receive plans, information and timing.
• Provide regular progress updates to clients.
• Help with coordination of variations and changes.
• Improve systems and processes for the construction department.
