Job summary

Kuda Bathrooms Gold Coast is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to manage administration, procurement and client communications across bathroom renovation projects. You will coordinate onboarding, design selections, and pre-construction documentation, reporting to the Project Manager and working with Sales, clients and suppliers.

You will guide clients through design and selections, manage timelines and budgets, and ensure accurate project records and procurement processes are followed

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating residential renovations and pre-construction activities.
• Strong administration and organisation capabilities with reliable follow-up.
• Practical bathroom knowledge and ability to guide product choices within scope.
• Ability to read drawings, plans, and dimensions and compute material quantities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate client onboarding and welcome clients into the pre-construction process.
• Explain timelines, selections deadlines and variation procedures clearly.
• Guide clients through fixtures, fittings, finishes and budget considerations.
• Read and interpret floor plans, elevations, specs and dimensions; ensure plan accuracy.
• Obtain supplier pricing, place orders within approved budgets and track deliveries.
• Maintain accurate project records in Buildertrend and internal systems.
