Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Coordinator in residential building/renovations.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
• Knowledge of Queensland building codes and compliance.
• Attention to detail and accurate documentation/reporting.
• Problem solving and proactive issue resolution.
• Team player with ability to visit construction sites.
• Current driver’s licence.
• Preferred PRINCE2 or equivalent certification or related tertiary qualification.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project timelines, schedules and milestones to keep projects on track.
• Liaise between clients, contractors, sub-contractors and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Maintain contracts, permits, insurance certificates and compliance records.
• Monitor budgets and expenditure; prepare reports and flag cost overruns.
• Schedule site inspections, meetings and walkthroughs with stakeholders.
• Track material deliveries and ensure resources are available.
• Assist with site inductions and safety compliance.
• Prepare progress reports for management and clients.
• Process invoices and maintain billing records.
• Provide admin support to the project management team.
