Job summary

Uniting NSW & ACT is seeking an Administration Officer to be the welcoming face in our residential aged care facility. You will provide comprehensive admin support, manage reception duties, handle rostering, and coordinate with families and residents to ensure smooth moving-in processes.

You will navigate multiple systems, process invoices, and arrange transport and services for residents. A strong customer-service mindset and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Hands-on computer systems experience across CRM, rostering software and WorkSmart Dynamics.
• Handles online orders for laundry services and facility equipment.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries from residents, families and stakeholders.
• Manage rosters and day-to-day rostering system.
• Organise meetings, training, and take minutes.
• Process invoices promptly in the system.
• Scan, upload and file documents in SharePoint.
• Assist residents with room prep, transport bookings and services.
• Promote Uniting services and foster community connections.
• Maintain privacy and confidentiality of clients.
