Job summary

Accolade on Moore St in Canberra is seeking enthusiastic resident advisors for a casual on-campus role. You will support the property management team with leasing, marketing, events, and strong customer service to create a vibrant student community.

Responsibilities include resident communication, tours, move-in/out processes, and coordinating events. You will be a friendly on-site contact, assisting residents and collaborating with the team to achieve occupancy and retention goals.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills across in-person, phone, and online channels.

Responsibilities

• Support leasing and property management with daily admin and resident communications.
