Job summary

ACOR Consultants Pty Ltd. is seeking a Workplace Experience Officer in Canberra to be the face of the local office, delivering welcoming and professional environments for staff and clients. This full-time, office-based role focuses on hospitality, events and workplace operations, with no evenings or shift work.

You will coordinate office operations, employee engagement and facilities while partnering with the Area Leader to foster a positive office culture and exceptional experiences.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in hospitality or guest services is preferred.
• Experience creating welcoming, organized environments.
• Ability to coordinate events and workplace experiences.

Responsibilities

• Create an exceptional experience for employees, clients and visitors from the moment they arrive.
• Coordinate day-to-day office operation, presentation and hospitality.
• Support Area Leaders with office communications and local initiatives.
• Plan employee celebrations, events and workplace engagement activities.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding experiences.
• Build strong relationships across the office and act as a go-to contact for staff.
• Coordinate facilities, suppliers and landlord relationships.
• Maintain workplace health, safety and office standards.
• Champion business improvements and support local change initiatives.
