Job summary

UniLodge Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator for our ACT properties on a casual basis. You will manage day‑to‑day front desk tasks and create a welcoming environment for residents, while handling inquiries professionally.

Ideal candidates will have strong communication, computer skills, and a positive, resilient attitude. Flexibility with a rotating roster, including weekends, is required as part of our team culture.

Responsibilities

• Operate the day-to-day front desk reception.
• Create a friendly environment delivering exceptional service for residents.
• Assist prospective residents and visitors professionally.
• Take ownership of problems and see them through to completion.
• Assist residents with enquiries related to residency, studies, general needs and wellbeing.
• Maintain liaising with property services.
• Monitor and report safety and wellbeing concerns.
• Contribute to a supportive team environment and handle admin duties.
