UniLodge Living Group is hiring a Resident Experience Coordinator for 50 Quay in Brisbane to welcome residents and visitors and help shape the resident experience. This full-time role emphasizes customer service, administration and community engagement across a Build-to-Rent development, with opportunities to contribute to a vibrant, inclusive living environment.

Candidates should have current Salesperson and Property Manager Registration Certificate (QLD), unrestricted working rights in

Qualifications

• Current Salesperson and Property Manager Registration Certificate (QLD) - Essential.
• Unrestricted working rights in Australia and the ability to obtain a National Police Check.
• Availability to work a permanent full-time roster of 38 hours per week, Monday to Saturday on a rotating roster.

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, responsive, and proactive service that drives satisfaction and long-term retention.
• Manage day-to-day reception, enquiries, and administration with efficiency and professionalism.
• Take accountability for resident concerns, maintenance coordination, and follow-through to completion.
• Assist with rent collection, arrears management, reconciliations, and ensure legislative compliance.
• Support leasing activities, resident engagement initiatives, and a positive, inclusive community culture.
