Job summary

UniLodge Living Group is seeking a proactive Property Manager Operations for UniLodge Park Central in Brisbane. You will lead daily property operations, drive occupancy and financial performance, and ensure exceptional resident experiences while upholding safety and compliance.

You will recruit and mentor staff, build strong relationships with residents, tenants, and university partners, and implement engagement programs that enhance community life.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in property management, student accommodation or similar field.
• Excellent communication, documentation and presentation skills.
• Unrestricted working rights in Australia & Valid Blue Card.
• National Police Check or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Oversee budgets, costs and occupancy to optimise financial performance.
• Deliver exceptional resident service and engagement programs.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and university partners.
• Ensure the property is clean, secure and compliant with safety regulations.
• Recruit, train and mentor staff to maintain a positive workplace and high performance.
