You’ll handle enquiries about residency, studies and wellbeing, maintain administrative duties, and help monitor resident safety. Hospitality or reception background and strong communication skills will help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Background in reception or hospitality provides grounding for this role.
• Strong written and verbal communication, good computer and organisational skills.
• Eligibility to work in Australia and compliance checks required.

Responsibilities

• Creating a friendly environment and delivering a positive resident experience.
• Assist with a range of enquiries related to student residency, studies, general needs, and wellbeing.
• Monitor and report concerns relating to resident safety and wellbeing and escalate as needed.
• Coordinating and execute administrative duties (including mail, filing, etc.).
