Job summary

UniLodge's 50 Quay in Brisbane seeks a Resident Experience Coordinator to warmly welcome residents and visitors, coordinating reception and admin duties while driving a positive community atmosphere.

You will blend customer service excellence with administration and engagement to support residents throughout their living journey in a fast-paced Build-to-Rent environment. Applicants must hold QLD Salesperson and Property Manager registrations and have Australian work rights.

Qualifications

• Current Salesperson Registration (QLD) is essential.
• Property Manager Registration (QLD) is essential.
• Unrestricted working rights in Australia.
• Availability for full-time roster, 38 hours/week, Mon-Sat.

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, responsive service at reception and enquiries.
• Manage day-to-day reception, enquiries and admin tasks.
• Address resident concerns, coordinate maintenance, follow through.

Key Responsibilities
At a glance, you will:

• Deliver warm, responsive, and proactive service that drives satisfaction and long-term retention.
• Manage day-to-day reception, enquiries, and administration with efficiency and professionalism.
• Take accountability for resident concerns, maintenance coordination, and follow-through to completion.
• Assist with rent collection, arrears management, reconciliations, and ensure legislative compliance.
• Support leasing activities, resident engagement initiatives, and a positive, inclusive community culture.

Your Strengths and Experience
At 50 Quay, we’re seeking a proactive and solutions-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You bring strong communication and organisational skills, can build positive relationships with ease, and take ownership to deliver outstanding resident outcomes. You will also have:

• Current Salesperson and Property Manager Registration Certificate (QLD) - Essential.
• Unrestricted working rights in Australia and the ability to obtain a National Police Check.
• Availability to work a permanent full-time roster of 38 hours per week, Monday to Saturday on a rotating roster.
