Scape Australia, located at 581 Swanston St Carlton VIC 3053, Australia, seeks a Customer Experience team member to welcome residents, visitors and stakeholders, ensuring they feel supported and heard. You’ll contribute to front-of-house operations, resident support, events, and safety, while helping build a vibrant student community.

You will build connections, handle leases and accounts with accuracy, and collaborate with the Student Experience team to deliver memorable experiences.
