Scape Sydney is seeking a casual Customer Experience team member to be the welcoming face for residents, visitors and stakeholders. You will manage front-of-house tasks, support resident needs, and help run events with energy and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Welcome residents and visitors, manage check-ins/outs and front-of-house tasks.
• Build genuine connections, listen and respond to residents with care.
• Handle leases, accounts, and records with accuracy and confidence.
• Support events, activations, and student programs to bring the community to life.
• Create memorable experiences and ensure residents feel at home.
• Collaborate with peers to hit targets and keep operations running smoothly.
