Job summary

Scape Australia is seeking a proactive Customer Experience team member to greet residents, visitors, and stakeholders, ensuring they feel welcomed and heard. You will play a key role in front-of-house operations, resident support, and relationship management across a vibrant student community.

Daily duties include check-ins, lease handling, and supporting events, while contributing to a collaborative, energetic culture focused on inclusion and good vibes.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering excellent customer experiences in a hospitality or student-facing setting.
• Strong communication, listening, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome residents and visitors at front-of-house with energy and professionalism.
• Build genuine connections, listen to residents, and respond with care.
• Handle leases, accounts, and records accurately and confidently.
• Support events, activations, and student programs to bring the community to life.
